I hold a Doctor of Philosophy in Accounting and possess expertise in Professional Logistics, Procurement, and Global Supply Chain. With a BPP certification as a Public Procurement Officer, I specialize in Creative Accounting. My academic and research interests span various fields including Global Business Logistics, Sustainable Logistics, Project Management, and Financial Accounting. I have authored over ten academic papers on topics ranging from supply chain to corporate governance, published in reputable peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, I am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria. Proficient in statistical analysis tools like SPSS, STATA, and NVIVO, I have trained individuals in their usage. Skilled in data analysis techniques like regression analysis and thematic analysis, I am adept at Microsoft Office tools and various Virtual Learning Environments. Role and Responsibilities

The Training and Development unit of the Centre for Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management plays a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and competencies of professionals in the field. Its responsibilities typically include:

  1. Curriculum Development: Designing and updating training programs to align with industry standards and best practices in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.

  2. Training Delivery: Conducting workshops, seminars, and courses to impart knowledge on various aspects of procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.

  3. Skill Enhancement: Providing specialized training to improve skills in areas such as negotiation, contract management, inventory control, and strategic sourcing.

  4. Certification Programs: Offering certification courses to validate the expertise of professionals in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.

  5. Research and Development: Conducting research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in the field, and integrating them into training programs.

  6. Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality and effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
